Why we built this.

As a home inspector, I saw the same thing over and over: small problems nobody caught became big expensive ones, and homeowners had no record of what had been done to their house.

Most homeowners already have "a guy." That guy is usually great at the work but has no tools to become more than a phone number.

As an engineer who builds operations for manufacturing plants, I believe the fix is a system: give the handyman the tools to manage the home, give the home a memory.
